Why Glorio

Our mission

Bad news is everywhere — online, on TV, sometimes in your own circle. Glorio is a small place for the other kind.

Here, people share the good that's happened to them — big or tiny. And the best part: you're not just happy for yourself, you're happy for strangers. For someone you'll never meet who's just had a good day.

Being happy for someone else has gone a little out of fashion. Which is exactly why Glorio exists.

Read along. Add yours. Be happy with us.

Emanuela, founder of Glorio

Who's behind this?

Hi, I'm Emanuela. I'm a designer and I live in the Black Forest — a place that teaches you to love the small things.

Glorio started because at some point I'd had enough. Enough of headlines that ruin your day, of feeds that are loud and still empty. I wanted a place where the opposite happens: where people share the good that's happened to them — and strangers are simply happy for one another.

That's all it is. And that's exactly the point.

Glad you're here.

Frequently asked

What is Glorio?

A place for good news from real people. You share something nice that happened to you — big or tiny — and read what others have experienced. No feed, no fighting, no ads. Just good things.

What can I post?

Anything that made you or someone else smile. The first asparagus from the garden, a passed exam, a kind stranger on the bus. Small counts as much as big. No venting, no ads, no bad news — there are plenty of other places for those.

Do I need an account?

No. You can read and post without signing up. Name and place are optional.

What if someone writes something nasty?

It never gets shown. Every post is checked before it appears — insults, ads and hate get filtered out. If something slips through, report it with one tap and we'll take care of it.

What happens to my data?

As little as possible. We only store what's needed — your message and, if you like, a first name and place. More in the privacy policy.

Where does my support go?

It keeps Glorio running — ad-free and independent. And we pass 10% on to a good cause. So the good here travels outward too.

Can I report or remove a post?

Yes. There's a report link under every post. And if you'd like your own post removed, just drop us a line — we'll take care of it.

Which languages is Glorio in?

The site is in German, English and French. You can post in any language — and translate any post into yours with one tap.
